New Restaurant Alert: Stacked & Tossed Is Opening Soon in Shreveport

Shreveport residents are thrilled about a new restaurant coming to Youree Drive soon. Greenhouse Salad Company announced that it will close at the end of April. When the Greenhouse Salad Company announced the new eatery that was coming to set up shop in their old space, several locals were excited.

What’s on the Menu? Build Your Dream Salad or Sandwich

I never understood the name Stacked & Tossed until I looked up a menu, you basically can build out your dream sandwich or your perfect salad. Sandwiches are stacked, salads are tossed. The menu has pitas, soups, salads, and, of course, sandwiches. Several regulars will tell you you need to try the Reuben on Rye or the Berry Poppy salad.

From Haughton to Shreveport: A Homegrown Success Story

The dynamic duo, Karim and Luna Karkar, opened up their first spot in their hometown of Haughton, then they took the salad and sandwich game by storm, quickly adding a Bossier location, and now, a Shreveport location is in the works. They keep it simple and focus on fresh ingredients and friendly service. Some might describe their customers as hardcore, but we love hearing of people making 30-minute drives for a delicious lunch, right?
