Downtown Shreveport Excited Over New Eatery

I Just Had One of the Most Amazing Ahi Tuna Experiences in Downtown Shreveport.

I have to call it an experience because that is exactly what it was, a spiritual experience. My friend and I dropped in at the brand new Ono's in downtown Shreveport and the eatery is better than I remember.

Ono Hawaiian Grill at Artspace is Officially Open and Ready for Business.

If your tastebuds have been wanting something unique and you want a dish that doesn't lack flavor by any means, this is your new favorite spot. I just had the best bao buns of my life at this downtown Shreveport eatery. "They aren't stingy when it comes to flavor" is my favorite quote from my lunch at Ono's.

I went with a friend to check out Ono's and our eyes were not bigger than our mouths, we ordered three appetizers and I am embarrassed to admit that two of us inhaled all three appetizers. Yes, these appetizers were delicious.

Ono's Hawaiian Grill is Open for Lunch and Dinner With a Limited Menu Until a Grand Opening Set for August 28th.

Don't let the term "limited menu" fool you. This menu is far from limited and I could not decide what to order. One of the employees passing by said "We make the best burger in town." I had to challenge that comment and I am happy to admit that the server did not lie. That Maui burger had me closing my eyes and doing a happy dance.

We are so grateful that Ono's has moved to Downtown Shreveport. Ono's Hawaiian Grill is located at 708 Texas Street in Shreveport and they are open for lunch from 11 to 3 and dinner service is 5 to 8, the hours and days are subject to change.
