This weekend the LSUS Pilots will be engaged in a basketball double header. Both the men and the women's basketball teams will be taking the floor against St. Thomas - Houston. The Phi Mu Fraternity will also be on hand hosting their annual Hoop-A-Palooza for Children's Miracle Network.
All you have to do is purchase your tickets to the game.
Children's Miracle Network is a national, non-profit organization that helps families on a local level. These are families with chronically or terminally ill children who cannot afford proper healthcare for their children. With Children's Miracle Network, the families never see a bill and all of the money stays local.
So every dollar raised in Shreveport-Bossier, stays in Shreveport-Bossier. On a local level, that money goes to the 17 programs funded by Children's Miracle Network at CHRISTUS Health Shreveport-Bossier.
The Lady Pilots will gets things started at 5:30 p.m. with the Pilots playing at 7 p.m. at LSU Shreveport.
