Radio DJs Talk About Their First Time Hearing Themselves On The Radio

After Taylor Swift's video of her hearing her and Zayn Malik's duo of Dont Wanna Live Forever on the radio, this gave me an idea.

I decided to go around the office asking the DJs what it was like hearing themselves on the radio for the first time. This is what they had to say:

When I first heard myself on air I felt super self conscious. I was a little embarrassed and wasn't really sure how to react. I felt very cringey. I wanted to hide in my car and never get out. I did not like how my voice sounded at all. I honestly believe that I will never get used to how I sound, but it has helped me evolve my voice in a way that I would enjoy listening to it if I was just in the car listening to the radio.
