Ruston High School has been forced to change their school's logo, after Rutgers College asked to school to change.

Yes Rutgers took issue with this small Louisiana high school's logo, and the high school is now having to make a change. For the past ten years of so, Ruston High has used the identical "R" logo used by the prominent University.

Ruston High's principal, Dan Gressett, has been complimentary of Rutgers throughout the process. He has clarified that while the request was a surprise to the high school, the college simply asked them to change it, without threatening any legal action. Gressett also says that the college has been helpful in the process of phasing out the old logo and introducing something new.

The school is expected to release new logos as early as next week.
