Vine user Savanna Cady posted a video of a mom being called into a room to see to a patient. But it wasn't just any patient. It was her son, dressed in army fatigues and back from Iraq, sitting in a chair waiting to surprise her.

The military mom's reaction to the surprise homecoming is priceless. She cries and screams 'Oh my God!' after turning around and seeing him for the first time in a long time.
