Shreveport Couples Invited to Paint Their Partners at the Revel

The Red River Revel is Ready to Take Over Festival Plaza in Shreveport September 28th Through October 6th.

Every year, Shreveport's Red River Revel Arts Festival brings you the best live music from national and regional acts. The Red River Revel Arts Festival was created in 1976 as a gift from the Junior League of Shreveport. Festival Plaza in downtown Shreveport was built for the Revel.

The Red River Revel is our reminder that art, no matter the medium, makes our world a more beautiful place. In addition to bringing art to the Ark-La-Tex, the Revel also celebrates our unique regional culture.

Red River Revel is Giving Us a Fun Date Night Letting Us Jump in on a Hilarious TikTok Trend.

Thursday, October 3rd will be the best and probably most hilarious date night experience you'l have at the Revel. You can bring your friend or significant other and registration is free. However, registration is limited to only 30 partners for the painting experience. Canvases, paints, and brushes will be provided to each couple to paint their partner. Wondering how it looks? This date night will take place at The Advocate Depot Stage. You don't have to be an artist, all skill levels are welcome to register for this first-ever event at the Revel. At the end of the painting session, partners will show one another their masterpiece paintings which can either be epic, or epically hilarious. The event begins promptly at 6:00 p.m. so make sure you are there and have your favorite Revel dish in hand when the fun starts!
