Shreveport Singles, Listen Up! “Love is Blind” is Casting in Louisiana!

Louisiana's love affair with reality TV, especially shows focused on finding romance, is undeniable. Shreveport has been particularly invested, cheering on Haughton's own J. Terrell Jeter (aka "Jay") as one of the new singles in TLC's latest 90 Day Fiancé spinoff drama.

The casting team for the mega-popular social experiment recently announced they're heading to Louisiana to find their next batch of singles ready to look for love without seeing their partners first.

Since its premiere in 2020, "Love is Blind" has instantly captivated America with its unique premise. While the show has gained massive popularity, only a few Louisiana natives have graced its cast so far. For instance, Paul Peden, who appeared in 2023, was featured on the Seattle-based season, though he has New Orleans roots. More recently, Breaux Bridge's Renee Poche appeared on Season 5, representing the state directly.

For those unfamiliar with this social experiment, "Love is Blind" challenges a group of singles to date without ever seeing each other.
