Shreveport Favorite Delivers Another Epic Tequila Dinner
There are so many culinary experiences worth celebrating in Shreveport.
One local Chef is always throwing epic dinners and if you have ever been to a culinary experience hosted by Chef Gabe from El Cabo Verde, then you know there is a reason these events sell out in minutes.
El Cabo Verde Celebrated Its 8th Dia De Los Muertos Dinner.
It was a 5-course Artisanal Tequila Dinner that had so many folks excited to try the vibrant flavors of Oaxaca, Mexico.
When we walked up to El Cabo Verde, the first thing we noticed was how beautifully decorated the place was. There was an epic altar and the decor was so festive you were instantly transported to a cultural celebration of Dia de Los Muertos.
It wasn't just some of the best dishes that you could get in the Ark-La-Tex, guests were treated to a one-of-a-kind experience courtesy of a Tequila Master.
Pablo Lara, the founder of Casa Santanera, was a special guest and he shared his love and passion for Mexico and his commitment to authentic and organic tequila. Shreveport residents were able to mingle with Pablo who is the man behind the revolutionary tequila that’s been shaking up the industry.
The vibrant flavors were present on every single plate. From the Entrada to the salad to the Conejo en Mole. Yes, we were eating rabbit with mole sauce, in Shreveport.
