Shreveport Green Receives $4,188 Grant for Clean and Beautiful Neighborhoods Project

Shreveport Green has some serious green to kick start their "Clean and Beautiful Neighborhoods" project. And you can help!

Shreveport Green recently received a Healthy Communities Grant from Keep Louisiana Beautiful. The amount is $4,188.

The grant will go to the "Clean and Beautiful Neighborhoods" project which began on September 8 and will continue through November 1. The idea behind the project is to enhance the communities we live in in Shreveport.

And you can get involved!

Neighborhood organizations, park organizations, block groups, schools, youth groups, and even individuals are invited to participate.
