This year will mark 21 years of a vibrant celebration of the musical heritage of jazz and blues, culture, and community. Every year Shreveport's Historic Highland neighborhood comes to life with music and good vibrations. This festival has three different stages set up, so you are bound to hear something you love. It isn't just music, this event is for the whole family, with designated play areas for the kids and some of Shreveport's favorite food trucks.

The good thing about this festival showcases a diverse lineup of talent, that features both established and emerging musicians. The deadline for music applications is March 21, 2025.

The Highland Jazz and Blues Festival is scheduled for Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at Columbia Park in Shreveport’s Historic Highland Neighborhood.
