The First-Ever KidFest For Our Military Kids to Take Place Saturday in Shreveport

Tomorrow it's all about our military kids, because they serve too.

The Warrior Network is putting on their first-ever KidFest in celebration of Month of the Military Child. The event is all about the kids in our local military families. After all, they are also making those sacrifices of being without their mother or father who serves in the military.

It's all happening at On the Red Event Center at 2000 Reeves Marine Dr in Bossier City from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The event is completely free to military kids and their families. There will be tons of kid friendly activities like games, a petting zoo, a dunk tank, inflatables, bounces houses and more. There will be hamburger plates, special demonstrations, displays and prizes to win. Much of the community from local churches and businesses are jumping in to volunteer their time to ensure these families are taken care of.
