It's no secret that in a lot of ways, many towns are crime-ridden and economically depressed in Louisiana, but this is crazy!

MoneyInc.com ranked the top worst places to live in Louisiana and we think you'll be surprised by a few that made the list.

Not only were we surprised that MoneyInc.com included Natchitoches, Louisiana in its list of the top ten worst places to live in Louisiana, but where are places like Shreveport? New Orleans? Lake Charles? How did they not make the list? So I decided to do a little research of my own to find out why these towns are so hard to live in using their list. I'll be honest, the amount of crime and abject poverty is horrific. Let's take a look.
