Traffic Tie-ups Expected During Filming of Hank Williams Biopic ‘I Saw the Light’

The Hank Williams biopic "I Saw the Light" -- starring Tom Hiddleston -- is filming in Shreveport for the next several weeks. So residents will see some traffic tie-ups in various areas of town.
