Victoria’s Secret in Bossier Seems to be Closed for Good
It looks like the Victoria's Secret in Pierre Bossier Mall is closed permanently.
It seems like we could write a new article every day regarding a Shreveport-Bossier business closing for good. It's sad every time, even if the closing relates to a store or a business I, myself, would never frequent. It's just a sad reality of life during COVID-19, and most likely post-COVID as well.
These times are hard for businesses of all shapes and sizes. The mom-and-pop's are struggling, as are the national chains, and every business owner and/or decision maker is having to make those tough decisions every day.
The latest store to make the ultimate tough decision looks to be the Victoria's Secret inside Pierre Bossier Mall. The store, along with the Shreveport location, has been closed since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The difference between the two, is that it seems the Shreveport store is still closed temporarily, while the Bossier City location has been scrubbed completely from the national website.
Also, according to unnamed sources, Victoria's Secret in Bossier officially let all employees go back on June 26th. If you try to call the Bossier store's number, you'll find that the line has been disconnected.
If you try to find the store online through Victoria's Secret's website, you'll find this message:
At this time, it looks like Bossier City has lost it's Victoria's Secret, although there's still hope that Shreveport's location will open back up eventually.
