With World Health Day coming up this weekend- take time to reflect on what you can do to put health on your priority list.

This is about all of us taking a step towards a healthier version of ourselves and a healthier world.

This reflection could be a time to put a meal plan together to push yourself to eat better. Or this could mean finally setting up that doctor's appointment for that well needed check up.

Or if you want to do something completely selfless why not look into how you can help others who don't have access to health care, or donate to a charity that is dedicated to medical research.

According to the World Health Organization, the 70th anniversary will be celebrated by "calling on world leaders to live up to the pledges they made when they agreed the Sustainable Development Goals in 2015, and commit to concrete steps to advance #HealthForAll".

My only request is that you do something. Do not ignore this day as just any other day. Take action and do something.
