This week's "What's App-eninng" is an one that I didn't realize I needed. I have a difficult time dealing with my social anxiety so I usually rely on music or Bob's Burgers to forget about my stresses.

 

I know it might seem silly to turn to an app to help you deal with stress, but if it works then it was worth the download. (It's free BTW)

To get started you have to "Choose Your Goal" or your purpose for downloading the app. It lists 4 options to choose from: improve mood, feel less stress or anxiety, feel less stress or anxiety in social situations, live a healthier lifestyle.

The app tracks your mood and health, and encourages meditation. According to Pacifica Labs Inc., the app is created with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in mind.
