This would be the house at "Number 4 Privet Drive" in the fictional town of Little Whinging. The actual home is located in Bracknell, Berkshire.  Believe it or not, the house is much more modern that it appears in the HP films. The home is just over 1,000 sq feet and includes a garage and a nice back yard.
