29 Year Old Woman Hears for the First Time

My wife, the Lady Stifler, is a Speech Language Pathologist. Meaning she helps people who have difficulty talking. Some of her patients(?) have colloquial ear implants. These awesome devices help some folks who are deaf hear again. Here's a 29 year old woman, hearing her laugh for the first time. Why are there tears going down my face?
