January 14, 2013 The costumes at the Krewe of Akewa Grand Bal this past Friday night were fantastic! The ladies truly made their Cajun Fairytales come true during their fete at the Centaur Den. Big congrats to Captain Penny and the rest of the ladies!
January 11, 2013 The Krewe of Akewa is holding their Grand Bal this evening at the Centaur Den and it's theme is 'Cajun Fairytales.' Captain Penny Zimmerman told us there would be lots of fun twists to your favorite children's stories and plenty of Cajun cousine.
January 2, 2013 I dropped off five Mardi Gras dresses to the cleaners today and got a Dryel for the rest that can't be dry cleaned... I'm getting my nails done tonight and I plan to Mystic in the morning. Yep, Mardi Gras kicks off this Saturday and I CAN'T WAIT!!!
