Next time someone gets mad at you for talking about them behind their back, just tell them you did it to get healthy!

Crazy right? Apparently, somehow, talking trash about someone when they're not around is good for you! The science behind it is a little sketchy, but hey, I guess we can't argue with science!

A new study from the University of Pavia in Italy found that gossiping about other people immediately makes your brain release more oxytocin. The word "Oxytocin" doesn't mean much to me, but apparently releasing those things really feels good for your body.

Releasing oxytocin can help relieve stress, relieve pain, increase weight loss, fight depression, and make you generally happier.

So go free, trash-talkers, talk negatively about anyone and everyone even if you don't have a legitimate reason. Trust me, you'll feel better!
