Ashley Yates suffers from fibromyalgia and vestibular migraines, which prevented her from attending her high school prom. Ashley's friends and family decided to throw her a surprise prom she'd never forget.

Ashley's mom Michelle explained her plight:

It's actually been about two years she's been ill, and she had a really bad case on mono and it hospitalized her on two different occasions. Then she got sick again and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, had another hospital stay and has been homebound...she gets very weak, very fast.

The look on Ashley's face when she arrives is priceless. She's clearly a very happy -- and grateful -- girl.

"It was the most amazing surprise I ever could have imagined, and I'm truly blessed to have amazing friends and family that would do this for me," said Ashley. "I will truly remember this forever."
