Kanye And Kim K. An Item?

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been spotted together in New York according to TMZ.

Papparazzi caught the pair leaving a theater showing "Hunger Games" Wednesday night.

In his new song, "Theraflu", Kanye revealed he's been having feelings for the reality star back when she was still dating Kris Humphries.

"And I admit I fell in love with Kim ... 'Round the same time she fell in love with him ... That's cool, babygirl, do your thing ... Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team."

"Jay", of course is Jay-Z, owner of Humphries' team, the New Jersey Nets.
