Rancic Back At Work After Surgery

"E! News" host Giuliana Rancic returned to work Tuesday after undergoing a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery to treat breast cancer.

Rancic posted a statement to eonline.com describing her first day back as a "wonderful homecoming".

E!'s Executive News Editor Ken Baker tweeted, "Gosh, what a nice holiday present coming back to work today on @ENews set with her royal awesomeness @GiulianaRancic."
