‘Transformers’ Tops Weak Box Office

Over a less-than-explosive 4th of July weekend, "Transformers: Age of Extinction" held on to the top spot at the box office, taking in an estimated $53 million over five days.

"Tammy", starring Melissa McCarthy, finished second with $32.9 million, and "Deliver Us From Evil" debuted in third place with $9.5 million.
