When someone precious to us passes away, it's heartbreaking.  Grieving the lost eventually fades in most cases, then we are left with the good memories.  Unfortunately for the friends and families of these 19 missing Shreveport/Bossier City residents, there is no end to the grieving.  When someone you love just disappears with out a trace, there is no closure - only the search for answers.

The LSU FACES program keeps track of the missing

While the vast majority of missing persons cases are solved within 48 hours, the remainder of these cases may never be closed.  In an effort to find answers, and closure in some cases, I have scoured the archives of Louisiana State University's FACE program.  That's where you can find the Louisiana Repository for Unidentified and Missing Persons Information Program.  This program lists the names, pictures, and every last detail investigators can find on people still missing in our state.

The pictures and information found below detail the 19 people who went missing in Shreveport or Bossier City.  Some of the photos are grainy and the details of their disappearances are lacking - but it's the best data we have.

Your vague and fuzzy memory could be the break these cases need

If anything you read or see below sparks a memory that could help these families locate their lost loved ones, don't hesitate to speak up.  Any and all information you could provide would be a blessing to those still searching.  Just contact one of folks with the FACES Lab:
