’42’ Hits Top Spot At Box Office

"42", the story of pioneering baseball player Jackie Robinson, hit a home run at theaters this weekend, debuting at No. 1 with $27 million.

"Scary Movie 5" finished a distant second with $15.1 million, and "The Croods" came in third with $13.2 million.
