"American Sniper" spent its third week at No. 1 this Super Bowl weekend, taking in an estimated $31.8 million, making it the biggest Super Bowl weekend grosser ever.

"Paddington" came in a distant second with $8.5 million, followed by "Project Almanac" in a tie for second place, "Black or White" debuted in fourth place with $6.4 million and "The Boy Next Door" rounded out the top five with $6 million.
