It almost seems blasphemous to suggest that the great state of Louisiana could use an influx of new cuisine. After all, everyone knows there's a reason why the majority of people from Louisiana are 'fluffy'... it's the food. We do food RIGHT! From Cajun cuisine to excellent seafood to blackened alligator, we've got comfort food down to a science! But there are some foods I can't help but crave! I'm an Air Force brat (shout out BAFB!) and in addition to that, I've roamed the country with my radio career and have found some restaurants I would love to have set up shop in the SBC! So, straight from my travels from Iowa to New York and Shreveport to Cincinnati, I've come up with a list of the restaurants I'd love to see here! If you've got the money, these would all be great investments! I've got the get up and go, just not the cash flow!

    Fazoli's

Fast food Italian! It is truly amazing! And if you dine in, they give you endless breadsticks with buttery goodness! You don't even have to get up from your table! They bring them to you!

    P.F. Changs

It's time for the SBC to get a P.F. Changs! I love the restaurant! It's great food coupled with a nice wine list and perfect for a night out with friends!

    Panera Bread

I used to love my run by Panera Bread in the morning when I was working in Cedar Rapids, IA. They have the best coffee and the freshest pastries and the lunch menu rocks with the best French Onion Soup I've ever had!

    Boston Market

Boston Market was one of my Cincinnati staples. I love good macaroni and cheese! Pair that with some scrumptious green beans and rotisserie chicken and you've made me a very happy girl!

    White Castle

White Castle is famous for their sliders but that is not my favorite on the menu. While living in Cincinnati, a good night out was always capped with a 2am run to White Castle. My favs where the chicken rings and the onion petals... the perfect combination to soak up the excess booze!

    Skyline Chili

Once again, a good night out in Cincinnati was sure to end with a late visit to the drive through. I love the sweet chili on a three way. Three sounds dirty, but it's code for chili and a mound of cheese on spaghetti noodles or a coney. You can make it a four way with diced onions or red beans! Granted, your dreams could get a little funky, but it's totally worth it!

    Dunkin Donuts

I'm a coffee fiend and Dunkin Donuts was my stop while working in Syracuse, NY. Sure, the donuts were great but the coffee is excellent... without the Starbucks price!

    Einstein Bros. Bagels

Who would have thought a bagel could be a meal?!?! They do things with Einstein Bros. bagels that make your mouth water! My choice is the sirloin steak with mushrooms. To Die For! BTW, they have good coffee, too!

    Chipotle

Burritos as big as your head!!! Fridays in Cincinnati were generally pretty sluggish at the radio station because we had all been out the night before. A Chipotle Burrito was always just the ticket! They make it right in front of you, to your specifications and they don't skimp on anything! Their guacamole is incredible!

    The Spaghetti Warehouse

I love the Spaghetti Warehouse! It's always in a cool old building with lots of character and the ambiance is fantastic! Call me juvenile, but I dig the trolley! On a date, the Ultimate Feast for two will only bring you closer together!
