Spud Nation opened up on Thursday, June 30th inside of the food court at the Pierre Bossier Mall. Baked potatoes? French fries loaded with meat? Massive tater tots? Are you craving taters yet? This new spot is for you.

Have you ever heard of a potato keg? They're super-sized tater tots that are stuffed with bacon, cheddar cheese, and chives. They also have every single type of baked potato concoction you can try. The menu is small enough for you to make a decision but big enough for you to switch it up often.
