Bossier Authorities Looking for Victims of Online Predator
Authorities with multiple agencies are looking for more possible victims of William Kramer. According to Bossiernow.com, the 49 year old Bossier City resident was arrested yesterday for computer-aided solicitation of a minor and seven counts of indecent behavior with juveniles. He as arrested on warrants by the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force, and the Louisiana State Police Special Victim’s Unit and members of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force are currently searching Kramer's residence and computers for more evidence.
The investigation began in Wisconsin when the Kenosha County Sheriff reached out to the Louisiana State Police after discovering that Kramer allegedly was trying to convince an underage minor to let him purchase a ticket to fly to Louisiana for sexual purposes. During the investigation it was revealed that the suspect allegedly chatted online with multiple children and officials are now worried that some kids in the Shreveport/Bossier City area may have been targeted. He is now being held in the Bossier Maximum Security Jail with a bond set at $120,000
