Bossier City’s Surge is Making a Big Change to Their Age Policy

It hasn't even been a month since the incredible Surge Entertainment by Drew Brees opened their massive location in Bossier City's Pierre Bossier Mall, and things are already changing. Staff at the arcade/bowling alley/restaurant/adventure park have observed several kids under the age of 18 have been enjoying the facilities without adult supervision, and that's what prompted the change.
From now on, Surge will enforce a rule that is normally relegated to the weekends: No one under 18 will be allowed inside without parental supervision. According to the report from KSLA, the move wasn't made because kids were causing trouble or damage to the games. The decision to institute and enforce the rule for the entire week was one born out of caution. The concern is that a child without parental guidance is far more likely to get hurt, and that is a liability that Surge doesn't take lightly.
With that being said, don't think this place is just for kids. In my humble opinion, it's also a great spot for a date. With the full restaurant, bar, and VIP section in the back (that means no kids) you really have everything you need. Except for a date, that part is on you.
