Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reportedly made changes to their child custody agreement.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the pop star's ex-husband will get custody of their two boys, Sean and Jayden James, 70 percent of the time. Apparently, the new agreement has in effect since August 2018 as a trial run because they both wanted to see how it worked before making it official.

Sources also revealed Spears' 30 percent custodial rights with her sons will not be supervised.

Before the new arrangement, the "Baby One More Time" singer and her ex each had 50-50 custody. Though it's unclear what led to the new agreement, the outlet did mention Spears' struggles with her mental health in the last few months and how she's still trying to work through things and get her career back on track. The report follows comments made by Spears' manager which suggested she might not ever perform again.

Last month, Spears shared a rare photo of her children on Instagram from her weekend at Disneyland. "Great time at Disneyland today .... but I don’t remember ever getting that wet on splash mountain," she wrote. Geeez .... anyhow my boys are older now, so they don’t like their picture taken ever... so I was thrilled today when they said SURE !!!!!"
