Brookshires in Shreveport Hosting Coronavirus Job Fairs

If you have lost hours at your job or (god forbid) lost your job altogether, don't lose hope.  When one door closes, another one opens - and the next open door for you may be at Brookshires.

Today from 9 a.m. to noon, and again from 3 to 6 p.m - Brookshires at 388 West Bert Kouns Industrial loop is hosting a job fair.  According to the ArkLaTex Homepage, the grocery giant is looking for "part-time and full-time employee-partners" to help handle the surge in demand for groceries and household items.  If you miss it today, don't worry - the job fair will continue all next week as well (March 23-27).

Not only is Brookshires helping the community with jobs, they announced earlier this week that the most vulnerable among us, senior citizens, would receive a 5% discount when they shop at Brookshire’s or Super 1 Foods through May 5th of this year.  To take advantage, shoppers must be 60 years of age or older with a valid ID.
