Chef Tom Ramsey Talks Food Prize [Video]

Prize Fest is a huge festival right here in Shreveport/ Bossier City. It is something that everyone looks forward to every year. The Prize Fest is broken down into different categories: Film Prize, Music Prize, and Food Prize.

Yesterday we got the chance to talk to Chef Tom Ramsey with the Food Prize. He is also a chef for Stage. Check out the conversation in the video below.

Make sure you don't miss out on some of the best tacos going to be served up Friday night at the Prize Fest: Celebrity Chef Taco Popup Shop at Parish Taceaux. As Tom Ramsey mentions in the video, celebrity chefs will be making their own style of tacos. This event is open to the public and will be going on from 10pm to Midnight.
