Creepy Ferris Wheel That Never Stops

This video would be a lot creepier and cooler if it wasn't for the HUGE grey blocks of commentary taking up the entire screen doing what youtube's video description is for. But hey whatever. Here's a vid of an abandoned ferris wheel in Berlin that hasn't stopped moving in 10 years. Kinda creepy ... also loud.
