You know what they say, "Don't believe everything you read on the Internet", but we wouldn't be surprised if this really happened somewhere.

Of course, the News Examiner is not a legitimate news source, but you have to admit that this could totally happen. I mean, how many people were so livid about #TheDress coming up all over their social media home feed?

Clearly this is someone trying to capitalize on the trending power of #TheDress. But 30 days in prison AND a fine? Totally not buying it.
