It may have been 1987, but Apple certainly had a vision of where they wanted to go.

An Apple concept video from decades ago unveiled futuristic technology for the year 2007. They weren't too far off...

In the video, they unveiled the Knowledge Navigator, which is pretty much the early concept of voice-to-action technology like Siri, Alexa, and Google Now.

Keep in mind, this came years before anyone had access to the internet, so truthfully, these concepts were like something straight out of The Jetsons.

The Apple CEO at the time, John Sculley, said that people told him the ideas portrayed in the video were absolutely absurd. Looking back, it's pretty creepy how close they got to predicting our current technology 30 years ago.
