Here’s Why You Don’t Have The Pride Flag Emoji On Facebook
Facebook allows you to not only Like a page but also gives you reaction emoji's to make your reactions a little more personal depending on the post. Now if only they can add an eye roll emoji or a dislike emoji! But throughout this month you've probably seen people using a Pride Flag Emoji to react to posts and a lot of people have been wondering why they can't use it themselves. Well we've got the answer!
As you might know June is Pride Month for the LGBTQ community and Facebook added the Pride Flag Emoji in honor of that. Some people automatically had the emoji where they could use it. But for everyone else to be able to use the Pride Flag Emoji you must like and follow the page LGBTQ@Facebook. Facebook did it like this so only LGBTQ and their Allies could use the emoji.
So far the Facebook Page has over 23 Million followers and it's still growing!
