Blue Bell Ice Cream’s New Flavor Currently in Shreveport Freezers

Blue Bell Ice Cream has been a staple in diets across the Southern states since 1907. This delicious and super popular treat started just down the road in Brenham Texas and has been cranking out some amazing flavors ever since.

We happen to have our own distribution company here in Shreveport, and when the new flavor dropped, they immediately sent "The Blue Bell Dude" to Townsquare headquarters to give us all a taste!

This new flavor may divide some folks because of the "love it or hate it" attitude people have over one of the ingredients. But, trust a guy that LOVES ice-cream, this new flavor is a must-try!

Before tasting the new product, there was some apprehension. Thinking they couldn't possibly live up to this boast. After the tasting ALL apprehension melted away, and we were in awe...

They nailed it. The flavor is absolutely dead-on. It's hard to describe how accurate the flavor is, but if you've ever had a Dr. Pepper Float and loved it, this is the flavor for you!

The mad-scientists at Blue Bell and Dr. Pepper teamed up to make this amazing treat just in time for summer! "The Blue Bell Dude" also informed us that the new flavor should be in the freezers at most of the grocery stores in Shreveport, so you can go out and try it NOW!

Blue Bell is certainly no stranger in the creative flavor world, and this one is most certainly near the top as far as taste and sheer accuracy. If this is any indication of how my summer is going to be, it's going to be GREAT!
