K945 DJ Competing In “Dancing For The Cure” At The Horseshoe Riverdome

Let me just say, I am beyond thrilled with this opportunity.

Dancing For The Cure is one of my favorite events of the year, and this year, I will be competing representing K945!

Dancing For The Cure is put on each year by Susan G Komen and Vicki's School of Dance. The event takes place at the Horseshoe Riverdome on May 6th, in front of what's always a huge, sold-out crowd.

I'm not alone though, I'm joined by seven media members, all chasing that beautiful pink trophy.

In years past, the winner was determined solely by three judges. This year, the three judges will of course have a hand in selecting the winner, but also members of the audience will be able to cast their vote as well.

That's only one portion of the competition. The other has already started! Since this entire event directly benefits Susan G Komen in their fight against breast cancer, the other portion of the contest is raising money for the cause.
