Kelly Clarkson Welcomes Baby Girl

Kelly Clarkson gave birth to a healthy baby girl Thursday, her first with husband Brandon Blackstock.

"Our baby girl River Rose Blackstock arrived on June 12th!" she announced via Twitter Saturday. "Thank you everyone for all of your well wishes! Brandon and I are on cloud 9!! :)"

She must be psychic, for that's what she predicted during an interview on Elvis Duran's morning show. "Well, I'm totally gonna have a girl," said Clarkson. "My first child will be a girl—I know it in my soul." She later tweeted, "I knew it! Only a girl could cause this much drama with all this vomiting ha!"

Blackstock has two other children, 12-year-old daughter Savannah, and 8-year-old Seth, both from a previous relationship.
