Louisiana’s First Cloned Cow Lives In Church Point [Video]
Louisiana's very first genetically cloned cow is just a short drive away.
Bob Thibodeaux tells KATC back in 2008 he decided to treat himself after going through a few medical scares. That treat was buying the best animal he could.
Thibodeaux made a great buy because the cow he bought went on to win numerous awards all over the world.
As a result, he decided to have his award-winning cow cloned.
Louisiana's first cloned cow is named Eight over nine and is little over a year-old.
Eight over nine's mother, Thibodeaux's original cow from 2008 now lives in Florida.
