Man is so Drunk He Thinks a Fence is an ATM [VIDEO]

This guy is experiencing a level of drunk I didn't even know was humanly possible.

We've all been there at least once... Had a few to many drinks then all of a sudden your plugging our charger into the bottom of you TV remote to charge your phone.

What, just me?

Anyways, some good ole boy in the UK experienced a drunkenness only a few have lived through.

He was walking along Ness Bridge in the UK, but my man thought he was inside a bank. He was literally trying to use the bridge's fence as an ATM.

He was actually swiping his card through the railing!!!!
