Meet Miss Louisiana – Lauren Vizza

I first met Lauren when she was vying for the crown of Miss Louisiana last year when she won 4th Runner Up... Turns out the second try is a charm as Lauren Vizza captures the title of Miss Louisiana! 

Of course, we send our congratulations out to all of the Miss Louisiana contestants. After all, just being there is a huge honor! I, for one, have always held the belief that the reason Miss America is generally from the South, is that Southern girls have a certain je ne sais quoi. It’s an ‘it’ factor… Maybe it's learned at their momma's knee, maybe it's in the super sweet iced tea... either way, I think we can all agree Lauren will make an exceptional Miss Louisiana!
