Mudbugs Partner with BWW for Weekend Watch Parties

Everything the Shreveport Mudbugs have worked for is finally here, and here's how you can watch live.

Last weekend, the Mudbugs punched their ticket to play for the Robertson Cup in Blaine, MN. They entered the NAHL playoffs as the #1 seed in the South division and shockingly lost their first playoff game. In true Mudbugs Hockey fashion, the team hasn't lost since, winning six straight to win the South Division following a series sweep against the Wichita Falls Warriors.

Now, only three teams stand in the way of our Mudbugs and the top-prize. To bring home the Robertson Cup again, the Mudbugs will first have to take down the Maine Nordiques in a best-of-three series. Game one will be Friday, game two will be Saturday, and game three (if necessary) will be played on Sunday. If the Mudbugs advance, they'll take on either the Aberdeen Wings or the Minnesota Magicians in the Robertson Cup final on Tuesday night.

All four games will be played at Buffalo Wild Wings in Bossier City as the team has officially partnered with the popular sports and wings restaurant to host their official watch-parties.

If you've never been to an official watch-party, you can expect an excited crowd filled with Mudbugs jersey's across the entire establishment. They will have the game-audio piped in over their sound system. It's a fun way to cheer on your Mudbugs, surrounded by good friends, good food, and cold drinks.

The Mudbugs are now just three wins away from winning the Robertson Cup, and we couldn't be more excited. GEAUX BUGS!
