Hearing My Crazy Girlfriend's wild blend of hip hop and pop, you might think there's no way their songs could translate to acoustic. But the group - comprised of Myah Marie, Cosmo and brothers Bennett and Justyn Armstrong - definitely proved otherwise when they performed live and unplugged in Shreveport's Red River District.

Each member of the Los Angeles-based act boasts some serious music business experience.

Myah Marie has collaborated with Louisiana native Britney Spears and sung back-up vocals on several of her songs, and the Armstrong brothers have worked with Bruno Mars and Kesha. Cosmo, who stands out with her vibrant purple hair, has music in her blood; she's the daughter of a rapper and learned young to love it.

That musical pedigree was on full display under Shreveport's Texas St. Bridge Tuesday night, with the act performing an unplugged version of their current single "Crazy Stupid Love." You can watch that performance, plus acoustic versions of "Roses and Cigarettes" and "All Fall Down," below.
