New Year’s Resolution Check Up
Did you promise yourself that 2020 would be your year? I know I did. The whole eating healthy thing has been so tough and we still have 2 weeks left in January. I have teamed up with my neighbor and we go out on walks in the evening. I am spending a lot of time in the kitchen meal prepping (Yes, it's easy, but man is it time-consuming). I will try anything that will help me reach my New Year's Resolution of walking into 2021 wedding-ready.
The best thing that has worked for me was hiring a trainer. It's super annoying getting a text reminding you that you need to be at the gym at a certain time, but it's like having someone who's only concern is your health.
According to D News we don't follow through with our New Year's Resolutions because we have too many, they're too vague, or they're too difficult. Getting a buddy system is a smart idea, having friends and family cheer you on is always encouraging and keeps you accountable.
