The sight or ooey, gooey cheese melting over a hot plate of nachos, the sound of that tortilla chip topped with fresh guacamole crunching in your mouth, the smell of sizzling hot fajitas being placed in front of you. Wash it all down with an ice cold margarita. It truly is the most delectable time of the year.

Join me at El Chico this Thursday, Cinco de Mayo, from 4 to 6 p.m. for a fiesta. You can build your own margarita; pick out a tequila and a flavor, then choose how you want it served and they'll make it for you. You can also try one of their five new plates like the Taquito Taster where you'll sample four different taquitos; brisket, chicken fajita, potato and cheese, or chicken and jalapeno. Complete with guacamole, sour cream and queso for dipping.
