While organizers at the Social Circle of Louisiana assure it's merely a date shift, some Shreveport residents see a silver lining. The delay has sparked hope among those who missed out on the initially sold-out event, anticipating ticket resales and a second chance to attend.

The International Rose & Wine Festival 2025 will now take place on June 8th. This year's theme is "Wine. Roses. Wonder." How can we best describe this wonderful event? This beloved festival "blooms" into an epic weekend full of experiences rooted in beauty, connection, and culture.

Sip, Savor, and Stroll Through Blooming Beauty

Could this be the perfect setting for you and your crew to enjoy the beauty of Shreveport's Rose Garden? "The festival pays homage to the historic relationship between roses and wine. In the old vineyards of France, rose bushes were traditionally planted at the ends of vine rows for both beauty and function," said the crew from the Social Circle.

On June 8th, the American Rose Center will transform into a gorgeous vineyard nestled in France. Not only will there be wonderful entertainment from some of our favorite local DJs but there will be some of the best wine served up.

The Grand Tasting is happening at The American Rose Center on Sunday June 8th from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sylvester Marshall, Executive Director of The Social Circle of Louisiana, said: “We are proud to be a platform that amplifies local voices, supports small businesses, and creates opportunities for meaningful engagement,” This event is known for being one of the most wonderful photo opportunities of the year.
